Alfred Boynton

Alfred was born in 1864 in Bramley, Leeds, Yorkshire.¹ Alfred's father was Samuel Boynton and his mother was Ann Eliza Garforth. His paternal grandparents were Henry Boynton and Mary Ann Cowgill. He had five brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Henry, John, William, Samuel and Mary. He was the third youngest of the seven children.
