Ann Booth

Ann was born in 1821 in Leeds, Yorkshire and her christening took place on February 19th, 1821 at St Peters Parish Church, Leeds, Yorkshire.¹   Ann's father was Joseph Booth and her mother was Elizabeth Hargrave. She had a brother and six sisters, named James, Sarah, Harriet, Elizabeth, Martha, Eliza and Mary.  She was the second oldest of the eight children.
