William (Bill) COOK

William, known as Bill, was born on October 13th, 1905 in Wallingford, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.¹ Bill's father was Joseph William COOK and his mother was Kathleen Sarah COOK. His paternal grandparents were John Edward COOK and Fanny HALL. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Jack, Edward, Frederick, Robert, Kathleen, Annie and Vi. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 79 in 1984 in Waipukarau, New Zealand.¹
