James Young 
James was born on February 14th, 1792. James' father was James Young and his mother was Katherine Alexander. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Young and Katherine Baillie; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Alexander and Helen Grinlaw/Greenlaw. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, Andrew, John, William, Helen, Cathren, Margaret and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.-
