Sir Edward le Despenser II (Edward Despencer)

Edward was born on March 24th, 1335 in Essesdine, Rutland.¹

Birth Notes

Edward's father was Sir Edward le Despenser and his mother was Anne de Ferrers. His paternal grandparents were Hugh (The Younger) le Despencer Baron le Despencer, K.G. and Eleanore de Clare; his maternal grandparents were Sir William de Ferreres V and Ellen de Segrave. He had a brother named Hugh. He died at the age of 40 on November 11th, 1375 in Llanblethian, Glamorgan, Wales.¹
