Kate Mae Snead 
Kate Mae was born on May 12th, 1889 in Rockingham Co, NC. Kate Mae's father was Winfield Scot Snead and her mother was Cornelia Sophia 'Nealy' Roberts. Her maternal grandparents were James Dutch Roberts and Nancy Jane Sneed. She had a brother and four sisters, named Buford Lester, Lelia Ann, Lottie Sue, Evelyn K. and Nealy Emma. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 43 on August 7th, 1932 in Leaksville, Rockingham Co, NC. She was buried on August 7th, 1932 in Pratt Family Cemetery, Rockingham Co, NC.General Notes
