Buford Lester Snead 
Buford Lester was born on May 29th, 1892 in Rockingham Co, NC. Buford Lester's father was Winfield Scot Snead and his mother was Cornelia Sophia 'Nealy' Roberts. His maternal grandparents were James Dutch Roberts and Nancy Jane Sneed. He had five sisters named Lelia Ann, Kate Mae, Lottie Sue, Evelyn K. and Nealy Emma. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 87 on March 5th, 1980 in Rockingham Co, NC.General Notes
