Evelyn K. was born on September 30th, 1897 in Rockingham Co, NC. Evelyn K.'s father was Winfield Scot Snead and her mother was Cornelia Sophia 'Nealy' Roberts. Her maternal grandparents were James Dutch Roberts and Nancy Jane Sneed. She had a brother and four sisters, named Buford Lester, Lelia Ann, Kate Mae, Lottie Sue and Nealy Emma. She was the second youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 63 on December 5th, 1960 in Stoneville, Rockingham Co, NC. She was buried on December 7th, 1960 in Pratt Family Cemetery, Rockingham Co, NC.General Notes
