Ova Elizabeth Simmons 
Ova Elizabeth was born on December 9th, 1894 in Van Buren Co, TN and her baptism took place in Census 1930. Ova Elizabeth's father was Abijah P. 'Bige' Simmons and her mother was Lodema Jane Grissom. Her paternal grandparents were William M. Simmons and Mary Catherine Stipe. She had a brother and three sisters, named James Williams, Effie May, Ethel Amanda and Mary Ann. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 82 on September 25th, 1977 in McMinnville, Warren Co, TN. She was buried in Laurel Creek Cemetery, Van Buren Co, TN.General Notes
