Harold Milton was born on January 12th, 1894 in Hamilton, Hamilton Co, Texas, USA. Harold Milton's father was Benjamin Franklin Scruggs and his mother was Carrie Boynton. His paternal grandparents were James K Polk Scruggs and Mary Frances Pinkerton. He had a brother and four sisters, named Franklin Finch, Mary Louise, Ruby Evelyn, Carrie Nell and Maggie. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 83 on July 16th, 1977 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co, Texas, USA.-
