Franklin Finch was born on April 11th, 1896 in Texas, USA. Franklin Finch's father was Benjamin Franklin Scruggs and his mother was Carrie Boynton. His paternal grandparents were James K Polk Scruggs and Mary Frances Pinkerton. He had a brother and four sisters, named Harold Milton, Mary Louise, Ruby Evelyn, Carrie Nell and Maggie. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 48 on August 31st, 1944. He was buried in Willow Cemetery, Haskell, Haskell Co, Texas, USA.-
