Mariah Elizabeth Roberts 
Mariah Elizabeth was born on March 9th, 1854 in Rockingham Co, NC.1 Mariah Elizabeth's father was Thomas Jefferson Roberts and her mother was Arrena Wortha Hopper. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Roberts and Sarah Joyce. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Richard Polk, William Allen, Thomas Jefferson, Martha Jane, Sarah Ann, Nancy Susan, Matilda Frances, Eliza Virginia and Lucy Jane. She was the youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 77 on January 20th, 1932 in Guilford Co, NC.2 General Notes
