Margaret (Peggy) Kerr 
Margaret, known as Peggy, was born on August 6th, 1775 in Augusta County, Virginia.1 Peggy's father was James Kerr and her mother was Jane Robertson. Her paternal grandparents were James Kerr and Martha Ball; her maternal grandparents were James Robertson and Rebecca Royston. She had five brothers and two sisters, named James, John, Alexander, Nathaniel, Nathaniel, Betsy and Jane. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 42 on March 23rd, 1818 in Hopkins County, Kentucky.2 -
