Joseph B. Foster 
Joseph B. was born about 1844 in Tennessee. Joseph B.'s father was Joseph H Foster and his mother was Celine Wilson. His paternal grandparents were Bartlett Foster and Susanna Higdon. He had two brothers and a sister, named James Andrew, William Thomas and Susan E.. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Johnathan John V. B., Elzie V., Elvin P. or B., Dr Robert Allen "R A", Cyrus Mosely, Nancy Alphratta and Mary A. He died in 1868.-
