Mary Roena was born on September 10th, 1894 in Bowie Co, Texas, USA. Mary Roena's father was James Jefferson (Jim) Allen and her mother was Martha Christina (Mattie) Akin. Her maternal grandparents were Collin McKinney Akin and Lucinda Frances Pinkerton. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Willie or Willis; Papa Allen, James Dabney, Davy, Fred, James Jefferson, M G, Leta, Cornelia and Martha Lucinda. She died at the age of 92 on December 19th, 1986 in Texarkana, Bowie Co, Texas, USA.-
