Fannie Jane was born on October 19th, 1893 in Jefferson Co., GA.1 Fannie Jane's father was John Eli Watkins and her mother was Isabella Drucilla Wilson. Her paternal grandparents were Silas Watkins and Celia Fokes; her maternal grandparents were Eli Wesley Wilson and Sarah Jane Davis. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Charles H., John Wesley, George A., Alphus W., Fred S., Vienna Elizabeth, Elizabeth Louella, Estella, Lillie B., Mary Lou and Martha V.. She was the third youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 28 on September 19th, 1922 in Jefferson Co., GA.1 General Notes
