Elizabeth Louella was born on May 6th, 1883 in Jefferson Co., GA.1 Elizabeth Louella's father was John Eli Watkins and her mother was Isabella Drucilla Wilson. Her paternal grandparents were Silas Watkins and Celia Fokes; her maternal grandparents were Eli Wesley Wilson and Sarah Jane Davis. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Charles H., John Wesley, George A., Alphus W., Fred S., Vienna Elizabeth, Estella, Lillie B., Fannie Jane, Mary Lou and Martha V.. She was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 39 on June 6th, 1922 in GA.1 General Notes
