Margaret L. E. Starke

Margaret L. E. was born on April 22nd, 1822 in SC.¹   Margaret L. E.'s father was Thomas Starke and her mother was Margaret Evans Larkin Rochelle.  Her maternal grandparents were James Rochelle and Margaret Evans. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Thomas James, James, James Douglas, John Williams, Douglas, William, Reuben H., Martha Peay, Sarah, Sarah E., Charlotte Jane and Arabelle Cynthia.  She was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children.  She died at the age of 78 in July 1900.¹
