William Britton Parker 
William Britton was born on November 22nd, 1857 in NC.1 William Britton's father was Hugh Addison Parker and his mother was Mary Hawkins. His paternal grandfather was John H. Parker; his maternal grandparents were Abner H. Hawkins and Leutina Lurina Brown. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Jullius J., David M., Elihu P., Mary Jane, Laura Elizabeth, Derotha Emmaline, Medora Addi and Mary Lenrene. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 80 on July 8th, 1938 in Rabun Co., GA. He was buried in Persimmon Bapt., Rabun Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
