Mahala Palmer

Mahala was born on November 1st, 1837 in Butler, Wayne County, New York.¹   Mahala's father was William Henry Palmer and her mother was Mary Hughson.  Her paternal grandparents were Matthew Palmer and Rebecca Unknown. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Matthew, William Henry, Levi Henry, Ann Eliza, Mary, Amanda and Rebecca.  She was the youngest of the eight children. She had a half-sister named Juliet.  She died at the age of 74 on January 27th, 1912.¹
