Juliet was born in 1848.  Juliet's father was William Henry Palmer and her mother was Betsey Polhemus.  Her paternal grandparents were Matthew Palmer and Rebecca Unknown. She had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Matthew, William Henry, Levi Henry, Ann Eliza, Mary, Amanda, Rebecca and Mahala.  She died at the age of 2 in 1850 in Butler, Wayne County, New York.
