Agatha Paine

Agatha was born about 1543 in Newton, Suffolk, , England.¹ Agatha's father was William Paine and her mother was Margery Ash. Her paternal grandparents were Edmund Paine and Elizabeth Walton. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named George, Nicholas, Edward, Anthony, Thomas, Henry, John, Elizabeth, Agnes, Anna and Frances. She was the fifth youngest of the twelve children.¹
