Parmicia Mulligan 
Parmicia was born about 1859 in Beaufort Co., SC.1 Parmicia's father was Francis Mulligan and her mother was Eliza Lavonia Dean. Her maternal grandparents were Allen Jones Dean and Sarah Thial. She had five brothers and three sisters, named William H., Bernard Allen, Alfred Gideon, George H., Francis A., Sarah Jane, Katherine Eliza and Isabella Annie. She was the youngest of the nine children.1 -
