George H. Mulligan 
George H. was born on February 6th, 1846 in Beaufort Dist., SC.1 George H.'s father was Francis Mulligan and his mother was Eliza Lavonia Dean. His maternal grandparents were Allen Jones Dean and Sarah Thial. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William H., Bernard Allen, Alfred Gideon, Francis A., Sarah Jane, Katherine Eliza, Isabella Annie and Parmicia. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 52 on January 11th, 1899 in Savannah, Chatham Co., GA.
