Celia Anne Mincey 
Celia Anne was born on January 27th, 1843.1 Celia Anne's father was Abraham Mincey and her mother was Elizabeth Ann Moore. Her paternal grandparents were John Mincey and Celia Hendricks; her maternal grandparents were John William Moore and Dicey Sikes. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named Augustus Marion, John Jackson, Thomas Mickel, William Washington, James Marion, Jordan P., Henry, David, Abraham Marion, Lucinda and Clarkey Ann. She was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 70 on June 15th, 1913 in Millen, Jenkins Co., GA.1 General Notes
