Abscilla Mincey 
Abscilla was born on July 22nd, 1866.1 Abscilla's father was Augustus Marion Mincey and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Hendricks. Her paternal grandparents were Abraham Mincey and Elizabeth Ann Moore; her maternal grandparents were Wyley Hendricks and Cynthia Weathers. She had two sisters named Elizabeth and Mary Anne. She was the oldest of the three children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Wesley, Frank, Austin Jefferson, Mattie, Harrelson and Laura Jane. She died at the age of 74 on September 11th, 1940.1 General Notes
