Austin Jefferson Franklin

Austin Jefferson was born in 1860 in GA.¹   Austin Jefferson's father was Mitchell Franklin and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Hendricks.  His maternal grandparents were Wyley Hendricks and Cynthia Weathers. He had two sisters named Harrelson and Laura Jane.  He was the youngest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Wesley, Frank, Abscilla, Elizabeth, Mary Anne and Mattie.¹
