Frank Mincey 
Frank was born on February 1st, 1874.1 Frank's father was Jordan P. Mincey and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Hendricks. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Mincey and Elizabeth Ann Moore; his maternal grandparents were Wyley Hendricks and Cynthia Weathers. He had a brother and a sister, named Wesley and Mattie. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother and five half-sisters, named Austin Jefferson, Abscilla, Elizabeth, Mary Anne, Harrelson and Laura Jane. He died at the age of 44 on March 29th, 1918.1 -
