Michael Messner 
Michael was born in 1779.1 Michael's father was John Messner and his mother was Anna Catharine Mosser. His paternal grandparents were Casper Messner and Anna Barbara Elkhardt. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Philip Jacob, Christian, Ludwig, Anna Barbara, Anna Catherine, Elizabeth, Margaret and Susanna. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 82 in 1861.1 -
