John Messner 
John was born on December 27th, 1775.1 John's father was John Messner and his mother was Anna Catharine Mosser. His paternal grandparents were Casper Messner and Anna Barbara Elkhardt. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Michael, Philip Jacob, Christian, Ludwig, Anna Barbara, Anna Catherine, Elizabeth, Margaret and Susanna. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 85 on December 23rd, 1861.1 -
