Julia Eveline was born on March 15th, 1837.1   Julia Eveline's father was Jeremiah Mallette and her mother was Elizabeth Metzger.  Her paternal grandparents were Gideon Mallette and Hannah Elizabeth DeRoche; her maternal grandparents were David Metzger and Mary Waters. She had a brother and three sisters, named Robert Taylor, Frances Malvina, Elvira Lenora and Laura Anna.  She was the third oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Jeremiah Alberti, Lawrence Eliot, Amanda B., Mary Elizabeth, Isabel Eveline, Alice Jeannette, Leila Corine and Lillian Venta.  She died at the age of 22 on June 5th, 1859.1
