Roswell Kelsey 
Roswell was born on July 13th, 1797 in Edmeston, Otsego, NY.1 Roswell's father was Solomon Kelsey and his mother was Anna Brown. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Asa, Daniel, Silas, Calvin S., Solomon D., William, Joseph, Mary, Phebe and Julia Ann. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 83 on October 15th, 1880.1 General Notes
