Phebe Kelsey 
Phebe was born on February 15th, 1792 in Edmeston, Otsego, NY.1 Phebe's father was Solomon Kelsey and her mother was Anna Brown. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Asa, Roswell, Daniel, Silas, Calvin S., Solomon D., William, Joseph, Mary and Julia Ann. She was the second oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 73 on March 17th, 1865.1 General Notes
