Asa Kelsey 
Asa was born on October 1st, 1795 in Edmeston, Otsego, NY.1 Asa's father was Solomon Kelsey and his mother was Anna Brown. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Roswell, Daniel, Silas, Calvin S., Solomon D., William, Joseph, Mary, Phebe and Julia Ann. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 18 on March 10th, 1814.1 General Notes
