Reuben Jones 
Reuben was born in 1767 in Myrifield, Ma.1 Reuben's father was Cornelius Jones and his mother was Sarah Sanford. His paternal grandparents were John Jones and Abigail Holbrook; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Sanford and Sarah Unknown. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Daniel, Jacob, John, Oliver, Phineas, Sarah, Marah, Rebecca, Abigail, Mary and Hannah. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Cornelius, Daniel, Ezra, Alice, Lucy, Elizabeth and Sophia. He died at the age of 73 on September 22nd, 1840 in Warrenville, DuPage, Il.1 General Notes

He and wife had four more children _ all daughters.
He was member of the Big Woods Claim Protection Society in 1836 with his son Zerah.
By 1894, Truman was only family member left here in Warrenville,Il area.
Both he and wife are buried in Warrenville Cemetery, Warrenville,Il.
