Charles Mortimore Huyck 
Charles Mortimore was born about 1833 in Huron, Ohio.1 Charles Mortimore's father was John T. Huyck and his mother was Lucinda Basil. His paternal grandparents were Henry Huyck and Catherine Teed. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William O., Jacob, John Teed, Mary Ann, Mercellia, Lucinda M. and Lydia. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James M., Franklin H., Cyrucs, Ophelia and Angeline.1 General Notes
