Effie Christian Gilchrist

Effie Christian was born on January 19th, 1849.¹ Effie Christian's father was Archibald McKay Gilchrist and her mother was Margaret Davidson Mushat. Her paternal grandparents were Angus Gilchrist and Margaret McKay. She had two brothers and four sisters, named James Norman, John Mushat, Margaret McKay, Mary Davidson, Theresa Anne and Katherine Brooks. She died at the age of 1 on June 1st, 1850.¹
