Malinda Louisa Ghormley 
Malinda Louisa was born on April 2nd, 1875 in Tellico Plains, Monroe, Tennessee.1 Malinda Louisa's father was William Green Ghormley and her mother was Malinda Jane Hunt. Her maternal grandparents were George Washington [Washie] Hunt and Mary Carolyn [Polly] Wilson. She had four brothers and four sisters, named James Napoleon, Benjamin Finley, Singleton Pleasant, William Isaac, Sarah Ann, Margaret Irene, Mary Texie and Janie Elizabeth. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 89 on July 8th, 1964.1 -
