Alexander Fraley 
Alexander was born in 1830 in Newcombe, Elliot County, Kentucky. Alexander's father was Isaac Oliver Fraley and his mother was Catherine Shoemaker. His paternal grandparents were Frederick Fraley and Chloe M. Fraley; his maternal grandparents were James Shoemaker and Catherine Emerick. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Brittian, James Elihu, Isaac Shelby, Patricia, Nancy Jane, Catherine, Elizabeth, Dinah and Fairlina. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died in Elliot County, Kentucky.-
