Isaac Oliver Fraley

Isaac Oliver was born on March 25th, 1778 in Scott County, Virginia.  Isaac Oliver's father was Frederick Fraley and his mother was Chloe M. Fraley.  His paternal grandparents were Frederick Fraley and Mary Unknown. He had ten brothers and four sisters, named James, Martin, John, William, Frederick, Henry, Benjamin, Thomas, Daniel, Reuben, Mary, Jesse, Nancy and Sarah.  He was the eighth oldest of the fifteen children.  He died at the age of 96 in 1874.
