In the name of God Amen.
I, Frederick Fraley of the County of Washington, Virginia, farmer, being in good health and memory, thanks be given unto God, calling into mind the mortality of my body and knowing that is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament; that is to say prinsapelly (sic) and first of all, I have and recommend my soul into the hands of Christian burial at the discretion of my executors, nothing doubting, but the general shuch (sic) worldly estate where with it has pleaseth God to bless me with in this life I have, devise and kispose of the same in the following manner and form.
