David Cushing 
David was born in 1694.1 David's father was Theophilus Cushing and his mother was Mary Thaxter. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Cushing and Lydia Gilman; his maternal grandparents were John Thaxter and Elizabeth Jacob. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Nehemiah, Abel, Theophilus, Seth, Mary, Rachel, Mary, Deborah and Lydia. He was the third oldest of the ten children.1 -
