Preserved Clapp 
Preserved was born on April 29th, 1675 in Northampton, MA.1 Preserved's father was Preserved Clapp and his mother was Sarah Newberry. His paternal grandparents were Roger Clapp and Johanna Ford; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Newberry and Mary Allyn. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, Roger, Thomas, Sarah, Wait, Mary and Hannah. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 82 on October 11th, 1757 in Northampton, MA.1 General Notes
