Thomas Crawford Beard

Thomas Crawford was born about 1847.¹   Thomas Crawford's father was Thomas Beard and his mother was Irene Varner.  His paternal grandparents were John Beard and Susan Harris. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John Robert, Bainbridge Decatur, Susan Cecilia, Julia P., Mary E. C., Rebecca, Clara V. and Sarah Idell.  He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.¹
