Susan Cecilia Beard

Susan Cecilia was born about 1840.¹   Susan Cecilia's father was Thomas Beard and her mother was Irene Varner.  Her paternal grandparents were John Beard and Susan Harris. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John Robert, Bainbridge Decatur, Thomas Crawford, Julia P., Mary E. C., Rebecca, Clara V. and Sarah Idell.  She was the oldest of the nine children.¹
