David Hume Baker 
David Hume was born on October 7th, 1841.1 David Hume's father was David S. Baker and his mother was Mahala Welch. His maternal grandparents were Osias Welch and Elizabeth Rowland. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Jacob Israel, Elish C., John Airhart, C. F. Volney, Unknown, Elizabeth Josephine and Mary Anne Salome. He was the second youngest of the eight children.1 -
