Robert Babcock 
Robert was born about 1678 in Westerly, RI.1 Robert's father was John Badcock and his mother was Mary Lawton. His paternal grandparents were James Badcock and Sarah Unknown; his maternal grandparents were George Lawton and Elizabeth Hazzard. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named James, John, Job, George, Elihu, Joseph, Oliver, Ann and Mary. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died on August 27th, 1719.1 -
