George Babcock 
George was born about 1673 in Westerly, RI.1 George's father was John Badcock and his mother was Mary Lawton. His paternal grandparents were James Badcock and Sarah Unknown; his maternal grandparents were George Lawton and Elizabeth Hazzard. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named James, John, Job, Elihu, Robert, Joseph, Oliver, Ann and Mary. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died on May 1st, 1756 in South Kingston, RI.1 -
