Eliza Jane Nickell 
Eliza Jane was born in 1838.1 Eliza Jane's father was Thomas Madison Nickell and her mother was Barbara Gregory. Her paternal grandparents were Jeremiah "Jerry" Nickell and Polly. She had four brothers and five sisters, named William E, John A, Thomas Madison, Wesley L, Mary Evaline, Matsey Mahala, Rachel R, Celia E. and Sara M. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.-
