Mary Douglass

Mary was born on December 1st, 1835.¹   Mary's father was Robert Douglass and her mother was Martha Monteith.  Her maternal grandfather was William Monteith. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named John, Benjamin, Benjamin Monteith, Margaret, Matilda Lillian, Elizabeth, Ellen Jane, Louisa Porter, Sarah Ann and Cecelia.  She was the oldest of the eleven children.  She died at the age of 24 on November 9th, 1860.¹
